Description

This aggregated function shall include all features relating to detection of offences in the field and initial operations to compile a file enabling a penalty notice to be issued. In particular, it shall collect identification details and check whether the documentation collected is sufficient to prove an offence. It shall produce the evidence file which shall be passed on to the authorities responsible for recording the offence and this issuing the penalty notice. It shall also check that in-field equipment is operating properly.
