Description

This European pre-standard uses the TRANSMODEL model. It defines the data exchange formats and services for multimodal transport (public transport and road transport).
Exchange specifications concern theoretic information and event typology.
This pre-standard defines:
- a peer-to-peer exchange model  between suppliers and customers with subscription possibilities,
- an object-orientated data model written in UML, and based on the conceptuel data model "transmodel V4.1" for public transport,
- an exchange format in the form of XSD diagrams (XML diagram definition) .
