This standard defines traffic data collection in an urban or peri-urban environment with traffic control via traffic signals. It applies to exchange between a management centre and equipment or actors out on the field (traffic signal equipment used for traffic control purposes, data exchange between a traffic controller and an external system).
It is the equivalement of level V of LCR.
