Description

This low-level function shall collect data relating to infrastructure operation and progress of the service provided from in-field installations, vehicles and/or drivers. Specifically, it shall relay ahead/behind-schedule information which could affect operations. It shall continually update the  Datastore for use, reservation status and infrastructure capacity in terms of available resources (add/update/delete).
