Description

This low-level function shall plan maintenance, repair and investment work required to maintain and/or adjust supply in the warehouse to demand. It shall forward this information to outside service providers, who may supply the hub with resources required as necessary (equipment rental, provision of handling teams, supply of part-time workers, etc...). This information shall be forwarded to the Hub datastore.
